Carmen Ke

Attorney Ke is a California-licensed attorney and PRC-qualified lawyer with a solid background in cross-border legal and compliance work. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, international commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance for Chinese enterprises expanding into overseas markets.

Before joining her current firm, Attorney Ke served as in-house legal manager for a leading Chinese telecommunications group in the Middle East, where she was responsible for contract negotiation, license compliance, and cross-border business operations. Through this role, she gained first-hand experience in managing outbound investment projects, data compliance matters, and regulatory engagement — particularly in complex jurisdictions such as the Gulf region and the European Union.
Her recent work also includes advising clients on trademark registration and enforcement, SaaS and technology service agreements, data privacy compliance (including GDPR. Combining legal expertise from both the PRC and U.S. systems, Attorney Ke provides practical, business-oriented counsel to technology-driven companies operating globally.

Attorney Ke holds a Master of Common Law degree from The University of Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
