Sylvie Zhang

Prior to joining ALIOTH LAW LLP, Attorney ZHANG built a robust practice representing clients in sophisticated financial transactions. She began her career at the Guangzhou office of Fangda Partners, where she focused on banking and finance law, developing particular expertise in ship and aircraft finance leasing, and syndicated loans. Subsequently, at Jiangsu Junjin Law Firm, Attorney ZHANG took on a leading role in U.S. IPO projects. Acting as a primary outside counsel, she was responsible for independently managing transactions and maintaining high-frequency communication with clients, ensuring seamless execution from preparation to listing. Attorney ZHANG is a quick learner who thrives on challenge and brings vigorous energy to her practice. Attorney ZHANG obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Jilin University School of Law in 2020. She later earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley in 2022.​
